Firstfund has completed rezoning 62 acres of property to Gateway Industrial and is
designing an e-commerce distribution and office complex. Also, a 6.8 acre RV park with 4,000 sq.ft. of commercial space
is now zoned and permitted for development. The site was expanded bay an additional 7.9 acres of Gateway Industrial
